He brings a diverse business background with over 20 years of leading complex business units for a Fortune 100 company and providing leadership, executive assessment, development and change management consulting as an independent. Tony's expertise is in helping organizations and individuals implement intentional change that leads to desired, sustainable results. His background involves working with multinational corporations on whole system change as well as developing leadership competencies required to successfully integrate change within an organization's culture.

Tony also brings an extensive background in sports. After competing in basketball in college, he coached elite level travel teams for over 20 years. He has served as mentor for players who have competed both on the college and professional level. Tony is also the father of two current college basketball players. He leverages his leadership coaching and change management expertise to help athletes and sports organizations create more sustainable results. Tony received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Roanoke College, studied business at Syracuse University and has a Master of Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University He resides with his wife Tammie and two children in Virginia.
