  •  As women, we tend to forget about ourselves. Make time for yourself. In order to take care of others, we must first take care and love ourselves. Life teaches us that things happen to slow us down. Don't wait until something major happens. Put your health as a priority, find your purpose to fulfill you inside, and take care of yourself first.
